signed up with cclassiphosting this month for some wordpress blogs. Nothing with much traffic. They are online but loading very slow. Put in support ticket on 15th. Still no response on 18th.

I find it hard to believe they are still in business, their service is terrible, you can never get anyone on the phone, and all they want to do is communicate through email which is on of the biggest flags in the world. Hosting is crucial and you have to be able to communicate with the hosting company through phone, not email only.

I do not know about this particular company, but my advise is to choose among the "traditional" web hosting providers who have good business records even when you need to use IP's from different C class subnets. The uptime and the quality of the web host's network is very important for stable ranking in the Search engines... you know that. Most web hosts do not want to assign IPs for SEO because this is unjustified. There is one more thing. I thing that the best one could do is to get rid of WordPress and to start using any other less popular CMS of even clean HTML5 code.
