Just wanted to leave my feedback here. I was using these types of articles for few months and buying from backlinforum. But since that forum is going down the drain. No one is moderating it and the person who used to sell also stopped selling it. I manage to get Kevin and start using his service for a while. His articles are better than the articles I used to buy. Some of them even passed copyscape. We are getting great results with them. You can create Web2.0 properties with it, submit to ALN and AMR. These 3 can give you massive serp increase.

On a side note, I have started one case study on the forum and finishing it by this week. After that going to start a new one using Kevin's articles to do link building on 30 new sites on old domains for 100 days. Will update later about it separately.

Great question! Readability is from about average to good.  They have surpassed the expectations of all my current clients, being at such a low price point (feel free to read through some of the testimonials).  Different niches also respond differently for various reasons.

It's all about balancing uniqueness with readability, and the method I have been using for a while now is at a level where articles are around 90% unique and still readable and bang on topic, that is my sweet spot.  As stated, these are ideal for article marketing backlinks.

Thanks for your suggestion, but to be honest 99% of my clients will have no requirement for videos or images, so that isn't something I want to include within the standard scope of this service.  The way I see it, I'd rather do one thing, and continue to do that one thing better then anyone else.
