I had a lot of issues with my site over the past 3 weeks that caused it to tank in Google for ALL of my keywords (read my earlier posts in this thread). It had to do with a Wordpress plugin that I installed right when I started this service, so I wasn't sure if my site got dinged because of the duplicate content created by the plugin or the amount of links from this service, so I waited it out. It was a pretty frustrating 3 weeks, but I checked my analytics yesterday afternoon and all I can say is a picture is worth a 1000 words:
My site must have jumped up mid-day yesterday so I'll update this thread with another Google Analytics screenshot in a couple of days. I'm in the top 3 position for multiple keywords that get 6600 to 60,000 exact monthly searches in Google. I did a lot of foundational backlinking to get me to the top of page 2 (article submissions, press releases, guest posts, etc.) but never could crack into the first page. You'll notice that around September 5th (a week after starting this service) I had a nice increase in traffic (about 120 per day), but right after that my site fell... HARD.
I know Google cares about link velocity so I decided to wait it out and see what happens. I'm glad I did.
This service is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you're on the fence, just subscribe for one month. My recomendation is to do other link building to supplement this as well. Create real content, engage with other sites in your niche, write and distribute good articles, do guest posts, and just do noteworthy things so people naturally link to you.

ALN is a network of PR sites, ranging from PR1 to PR5 and probably up. (I have 2 dedicated PR5's in there myself, and lots of lower PR (4,3,2) ones). (can show proof, PM me).
This is a great service that allows you to submit spun articles into their HUGE network of sites. They have 4745 PR sites already, and still growing daily.
Your articles will get distributed to 15 random PR (1-5+) sites per submission.
Each spun article can have 3 links to where ever you want (besides the usual suspects, gambling etc). So every article submission gets you 15 x 3 = 45 links on PR sites.

Secondly, you have to have a huge stock of spun content in your niche, that you can post each day. It doesn't need to be a Pulitzer prize winner like in BMR, but still you need that spun, closely niched content, that is not a total dupe in copyscape, to get good indexing results.
Thirdly, to earn submission points, you have to put your own PR sites into the network. Here's an overview of the points you can receive:
- Add a PR 1 site: Your submission limit will be increased by 0.5 points.
- Add a PR 2 site: Your submission limit will be increased by 1 points.
- Add a PR 3 site: Your submission limit will be increased by 1.5 points.
- Add a PR 4 site: Your submission limit will be increased by 3 points.
- Add a PR >5 site: Your submission limit will be increased by 6 points.

Is ALN Worth Your Time?
So, as most would agree, getting your links out to ALN is valuable. But it is also a lot of hassle, and/or it is expensive.
Putting your own PR sites in, getting your niche content created and spun, and sitting there every day doing data-entry work, or hiring someone to do it for you.. Either hassle, or expensive.

-PR of blogs up to PR5, really. There was even one edu.xx PR2 domain in the mix!
-Articles get indexed and cached very fast, the next day after they have been submitted. This is very impressive. Really, very impressive.
-Usually, crawling doesn't always mean indexing and indexing doesn't always mean caching. With this service links get crawled, then indexed, then cached very fast.
