I've made 3 orders in the last two months, all were great. The writing quality is pretty solid, just make sure you provide plenty of info and any specific details that may help them develop an "angle" for the press release. Distribution was awesome; lots of quality links.

Time for my review:
I got my press release last week and was given an opportunity to double check and recommend any changes. The press release was perfect, flowed well and there were no grammar or spelling errors. After I gave the go ahead, Kevin and his team began the distribution. As of today there are just over 200 results that show up when searching for my title and I have also been listed on Google News.
Overall I couldn't ask for anything more - great content, strong backlinks and Kevins communication makes this service incredible value.
Edit: 25% of my traffic today came from the press release that was listed on Google news!

I haven't even had the press release syndicated yet but i'm amazed at how good quality the writing is. I've paid more than the cost of this entire package (including syndication) for just the press release to be written before and it wasn't anywhere near as good quality.

To make it simple, these guys are providing a service, and they are doing it well. Response time is within 12 hours, however you can rest assured the response addresses the issue and handles it. True customer service here. I hope it stays that way as I intend to use them on regular basis. The process is simple, and they do check to make sure everything is as it should be.
