No, you don't have to provide one at all.

A new one is created for each submission. You can provide one if you'd prefer.

I just received my review copy from Pat and I have to say that this is a great service that he provides. I immediately received 40+ live links with a nicely spun article.
I know that more articles will get indexed over the next few days and weeks to give me even more link juice and appear more natural.  In addition to the article submission, all of the article marketing robot url's were put into an RSS feed and were submitted through Bookmarking Demon. He also also put the links into his uniquelinkindexer.
I'll provide an update over the next week or two as more links gets indexed. I would rate this service 10/10. Everything is completely as advertised.

My Honest Review

I was glad to get a free review copy of this service. I know Pat from Backlinksforum and I know that he's an expert. So, I expected some good results.

I got my report yesterday. Three different files with AMR links, RSS Feeds and the rest. The article is very well spun and I already got some live links with this service. I know that this number will grow and Pat chose a not-spun sentence for me to check within google.

I would strongly recommend this service because I already saw SERP movement for one site for which I didn't build other backlinks over a month now.

My additional question is if I would choose 5x article submission may I choose 5x 1-2 urls with keyword or only once? If so may I change them all each month?

$101 is for 10 submissions, yep.

Each submission can have 2 url's (They can be different domains if you want) and you can use multiple keywords for each url (They'll be randomly selected).

The monthly price will be good for the entire length of your subscription, even if it's years and years.

Yep you can use the same url/keyword combinations for all submissions or mix it up and you can change every url and every keyword from every submission each month if you want.

It's all completely up to you.

Hello,

All of the networks automatically drip feed.

Things will be distributed slowly so you don't have to worry about getting too many links too quickly or anything like that.
