One of my site had went from 2nd to nowhere and now its back to 3/4 [dancing] .

Another of my friend's site had went from 2nd to 10th.


So for all those of you whose sites have disappeared or dropped i believe they are coming back.. Many people also talked about good sites going down .. So dont worry you guys are coming back

Hi,

Thanks for sharing that as one of my sites homepage is currently missing in action, yet an inner page is ranking on page 5-6. My homepage was at #2-4 before it dropped to page 2 then nowhere. Did you do anything to help your site? I noticed that for a time google was ranking my category page since it had my kw as well, Ive recently told my robots.txt file to disallow that page from being crawled. Hopefully that will help clear it up.

Congrats to you and your friend, I hope that you're right and my site is right around the corner.

Same thing happened to me. Very weird thing to happen to so many people and for the site to come back. I think Google may have released their over optimization update and changed their minds after seeing how awful the results were

Yeh my site dropped to page 4 from 1st place for about a week or 2 and google ranked one of my inner pages in top 5, now It is back on 1st page but in 3rd

You were right, my site popped back up today #19 Grateful for that and hoping it pops back on the first page w/o my help

Same here, my website was gone for three days and without doing anything it's back.

My other websites didn't disappear although I used the same kind of SEO methods.

Well Google reported that they had some error fixing the parked pages and it changed the whole thing
