Remember I posted a thread on fiverr and if it was working for you. I am too lazy to go dig it up.

I placed a gig for writing on Fiverr a few weeks ago. 1c per word. First Week I think I had no takers. Then I got one guy last week. After he paid and was satisfied, I got an order for 10 500 word articles, and a message from Fiverr saying you are now a level one seller. Then next day boom another several orders. I think it does take patience on fiverr at first. So Now I have about 10 feedbacks, 100% rating, and orders are trickling in, I wish there were more but, its way way better than two weeks ago. So dont let anyone tell you that fiverr is hard to get orders on. It is at first but then it picks up. There is a lot of writers on Fiverr but so far I am happy. My next task I think I will put links to writing samples up. or perhaps throw up a video. Anything to dig up more writing jobs is good.


Backlinks? I did order a gig from another guy a link pyramid,and was very happy with the results and resulting SERP movement.

My next project is backlinking gig for 200 social bookmarks. Those seem to be way more popular

I dont know why some guys are down on Fiverr.

Maybe because most people here are too busy making money to spend their day writing 10 articles for $40.

I can knock that out in 2 hours. no problem. Its just extra spending cash. Thats not the point, The point is we were discussing whether fiverr works or not and it does work. I can ASSURE you that the guys with 500 jobs in their que, doing backlinks gigs make about slightly more than that (100 jobs/day x 4 dollars per job).

You can write 5000 words (10*500 word articles) in 2 hours, 40+ words per minute plus deal with the admin? That's impressive.

If you can do that then maybe you'd make more at textbroker or content authority.

Just saying there are easier ways to make a living online.

A lot of people are down on Fiverr is because its mainly a cesspool laden with bottom feeding crooks and theives that'd sell their momma and sister as a package deal for $5.

They steal software and leach off services and resell ***** they're not supposed to be reselling .... polluting and destroying stuff ... for $5

A lot of stuff has been destroyed because of fools hellbent on a race to the bottom and a $5 gig or two .. hundred. in hte end they dont even get $5 - more like $4

I think Fiverr is like anything else in internet marketing. A complete blessing if used right, and utterly disastrous if used wrongly. I love it, for one.

A network that has been mentioned by no less than his eminence himself as being on Google's target list and wised up people are leaving in droves?

I have many clients coming from this forum ordering on fiverr later ordering my my website and then from my sales thread. So upsell is possible on fiverr. Only thing is you have to deliver good on time.

Definitely agree that there are easier ways to make money online than writing articles

I do think the backlinking pyramid gig guys do anywhere from ok to fantastic depending on where they appear in the FIVERR SERPs

Yea I guess it depends on what your offering and your ROI. I put up a gig for a 1k link directory blast. I think I made $2 after captcha costs. lol....Yea I just do it, to see what kind of returns u can get on fiverr.

Ok now my writing gig has stalled, no new orders for 24 hours. LOL
Fiverr is very unpredictable

I also think it follows the "everyone else is doing it" mentality

If you have lets say 10 orders or 30 orders in your waiting line,
you look busy and therefore "in demand" so people tend to order more.

If you have zero orders waiting, your gig looks dead. It is kind of like walking past a store in the mall with no customers inside., you dont want to go in. You think there must be something wrong with the store, LOL

I think the whole thing is useless. I TRied selling stuff for ages and so much competition, like 1 guy gives 7 articles for 5 bucks, I mean who does that

I will say for article writing fiverr is way too competitive. But thats probably true with any gig. Backlinking seems to be more in demand
