So I have my own network of sites I've been building up and have around 40 or so by now. I have placed a lot of my outbound links in the blogroll, and from what I've been reading this might not be the best placement for them. My question is if I should move the links from the blogroll to a post that's stickied on the home page. If I did do this I wouldn't do all 40 at once of course, but I guess the bigger question is should I do it at all or just not worry about it and avoid blogroll links in the future.

Here's the real question, is the blogroll links working for you? If they are, why change them?

Blogroll works but is not as effective as Home page backlincks or even contextual links.

Would I be crazy to switch the links that have been on the blogroll for over a year onto a stickied post?
