In my content I've added internal links, could this reduce the conversion? For example in my article about product within the body I will add (Read product scam here) linking product scam to another internal page in my site. I had good conversions last month 2 sales out of 111 clicks.
I've added Favicon, and exit page this month. The exit page tells the visitor of how to get the product free but I'm getting more clicks but no conversion. This Month I have a total of 191 clicks but no conversion. I get about 15-20 visitors a day, I know it's not much but the keyword is targeted since it's a specific product. Help

Have you thought about trying a different product in your niche, that is if there is one? Maybe their landing page will convert better.
What about setting up an Aweber account and then give away a free Ebook in exchange for their email. Then you can market to them over and over again. Generating leads is very important in affiliate marketing.
I highly suggest taking the time to watch this video and follow this guys blog. I have learned a ton from this guy.

Be careful taking the product "scam" approach with your affiliate promotions ... some merchants on Clickbank are warning affiliates against using this method, because it doesn't really add any value to their product(s).

I'm not using clickbank.
I will be revising my content on the hompage and add a more detailed review on the products and more pictures. I will see if the conversion improves.

Like I said I'm not using clickbank. I've added a picture of product held in hand so far I've had 2 sales already this month. I'm going to see what I can do to improve it more.
