You could also allow people to write articles, or have your writers write them.
I don't know of you are willing to do this, but I would like to see a service that would build links until a keyword is in the top 3 of Google. You could have people request for a quote, charge them upfront for getting the keyword ranked.

- "premium" themes. At least not the default themes
Planning on doing this. Subscribe to a place for montly prem themes
- Add social widgets, fb, twitter, linkedin, etc
Yes my plan is to create a social identity for each site. + Forums
- Less than 20 obls
I havn't figured out linking patterns yet Im working with programmer and partners on idea's for radominization
- Post some articles that actually pointing out to authority sites in the niche
This is a must I have a pretty good idea on sources for this
- Limit the number of posts per day on the blogs
Im trying to come up with a way to diversify from just "blogs"
- Have some sticky posts
This is good Idea
- Every blogs must linking out to different sites. No 2 blogs will have the same outbound links
This is a must
- Post some pure contents, meaning no anchor texts.
Working on in house content writers just for this.
- Probably make the articles with a conversational tone, just like regular bloggers do. This way you could combine a few niches together
This is will be difficult
- And the usual privacy policy, about us, contact us, etc
Any site i build for any purpose even know I do this. Im even on associating a unique phone number to each site should only cost about a dollar per site.
I work with this big company here in ausie, and we'd be more than happy to contribute, PM me if you're interested.
I shoot you a pm

Good idea's but no keyword is the same. I've gone after keywords that I thought would be impossible to rank and gotten them top 3. I've also fought with keywords that I thought be no trouble and they just hang in the 5-6 zone.
For example I was told by a buddy that a keyword in the mortgage field would be impossible. Its now top ten and pulls a good 10 leads a day.
Also this service is more of about getting high quality links out and establish authority transfer. When a site gets a certain clout is very easy to rank for long tail keywords by site structure and on page SEO and proper indexing of your site. Taxonomy ect.
Also I will be using schema format for all these sites.

This is absolutely a great idea. One of the most apparent footprints in blog network is they are all wordpress based. It will be fantastic to have different platforms. You got my vote!

I think the way of the future is this method. Differnt cms, social profiles tied into each other, differnt whois and ip's and hosting. Its going to require alot more work. But only the strong will survive.
I also shot ya pm.

Yeah, that's definitely how blog networks should operate. I'm definitely with you in regards of making it exclusive.
