Got a site about to hit the top for a 'refinance bigasscity' eyword

Anyone know of some good offers to monetize?

So I don't look like a short sighted retard here...this started as a test site for something/someone else who turned out to be a flakey douchebag.

So I'm looking for refinance, loan mod, etc types of offers to monetize...cpa/lead gen affiliate/etc

Can't you just rent the entire thing to a local mortgage company? Wouldn't that be just as easy?

Ever approached any company 'cold' in any market, least of all a financial one? If you can close stuff like that easy, let me hire you as a consultant!

Dentist and couple of chiropractors.  The key, IMO is getting the thing set up so it is zero work for them and they can start getting calls that afternoon.

If it is a mortgage refinance, you can sell those warm leads for at least $20-$50 a shot
