    Hi Guys,

Just curious if you guys build backlinks to your ALN links? i found a good few of mine through spyglass, is it worth blasting them with XR and SB?

    cheers guys

    Hi,

A good way to find your ALN links is to use http://pingbackpower.com/

I haven't personally used it but it was recommended in another thread the other day and allows you to export a .txt file of any pingbacks/backlinks pointing at your site.

    Hey Abby,

Ah you mean like a footprint so i can grab the articles quickly? that's a great idea :) spyglass leaves a ton out it might take a while until they index and i can find them quicker like you suggested :) great tip :)

Thanks Matt that looks pretty good, normally i see the new softwares pretty quick this must have slipped by :)

    cheers

Yep, use a combination of footprints in your articles and something that can collect pingback url's (I haven't used PingbackPower but it looks good).

Blast them with any form of automated links. Push them through indexing/web 2.0 set ups, services with automated daily Xrumer links, SENUKE blasts etc..

Interesting never thought to use ALN type posts in my linking efforts other than as a second Tier.  Are you guys backlinking only those ALN posts on blogs of greater than PR 3 for example?  I'm just not sure if backlinking PR1, PR0 posts would provide much benefit?

    Thanks!

Well I am not using aln in particular but it is always worth backing the your links. Think about it, a link from a page with no incoming links or a link from a page with a bunch of related links pointing to it. Which is going to be worth more?

It depends on your resources, I suppose.

If you have lots of automated tools running and the ability to build a huge amount of backlinks then you may as well send links to all of them.

If you only had the resources to focus on some but not all then yeah, focus on the ones from high PR domains.

I guess building backlinks to ALN Links (or any of your backlinks) using Scrapebox or SENuke or Xrumer is a good idea as it helps in indexing of your backlinks and adds link juice/strength to them too

It doesn't take much time, just put the whole list to the software and blast it

But dont do this for your main money site

Apart from this, ping the links too using http://pingfarm.com/ ...this allows bulk pinging of urls

P.S.This is not my own site :D
