I just signed up to http://www.automaticbacklinks.com as a user and a aff, I got 2 PR5 Backings 4 PR4 and a ton of PR2 link on actual PR pages for free so i thought it was worth it, Is anyone using this new network? Interesting to know?

yes all on the home page, I added a few more high pr sites to there network to build more credit so currently getting more home page links also, there pretty good those home page links

Actually most of them are not home page links. I signed up with them for one of my sites (with pr30 and after getting about 60 backlinks and non of them being on the home page I quit. All of the backlinks were on tag pages or category or inner pages that just dont carry much weight.
