I am looking for a solution which would check and (if needed) auto-index links which are coming in from blog network blogs via pingbacks.

I only know Pingback Power, which is a Wordpress plugin. But it doesn't index your pingbacks automatically. Or the TrackBlasts plugin by http://backblasts.com/

Yup backblasts has a plugin that will check your pingbacks to make sure they link to you, extract the links and build links back into those urls....
Also tagged with puingbacks, blog network, aln, indexing, backlinks
