The only problem I find with these programs it is not always same when checking manually, its fairy accurate tho. I also use Proxies to have IPs for those countries I want to check, as geolocation also affects the results.

Is RAnk Tracker better than CuteRank? CuteRank is cheaper, and AFAIK does the same things.
Use the coupon code fbfan to get 15% off, so the price will be $50.96.
Order FAQ:
#1 This will be an one-time charge and including one year free update. Afterwards you will need to pay $10/year for the updates, but there will be no problem using CuteRank PRO if you do not want to pay for the updates.
#2 With a single license you can use CuteRank PRO on two different PCs.

Rank Tracker - Seems to get stuck on 'reading page 1' randomly (certainly upto 6 hours anyway) until all the threads are stuck in that state. Wondering if it's my proxies but they work for eveything else.
MicroSiteMasters - Setup a trial account, hated how complicated the interface was.
SEScout - What I'm currently using, nice and clean interface although I have had a problem tracking 1 keyword which SEScout says isn't in the top 500 but it is actually #2. They reckon they buy the data directly from Google and is nothing they can do about it. Also had a couple of 2-4 day blackouts where they disabled adding new keywords/urls.

I am trying out micro site masters right now. I like it a lot.
Currently using SeScout.
Hate RankTracker, hate the whole business model.
Market Samurai has been pure shit for over a year. My license has not been working for a few months now, havent even bothered to create a ticket or email support. It is dead as far as Im concerned.

Why you may ask? Once you give AWR a test drive, theres no going back.

It's simple, easy to understand, and does everything I need it to do.

Yeah, I use it, too. Make sure you use the coupon code fbfan to save on the purchase.
However, I am a little worried. What if the software calls home, and they will know all my keywords? They also have a SEO company.
