I have used quite a few in my time and I always like to know what other people are finding beneficial.

I used rank tracker for a while but now i use Statcounter.com . They don't show you your SERP position untill someone actually clicks on your link in the SERPS (which is totally fine for me). I used to check ranktracker like 10 times a day but now I only check statcounter once a while to see where my traffic comes from.

I use CuteRank, not the cheapest but I have found it to be the most accurate I have used. Has support for proxies and tracking unlimited sites and unlimited keywords, only cost $60 as well.

I use CuteRank also, it keeps track of your keyword movements when they go up and down.

About a week ago I started to use SEO Administrator and so far I like it. It has proxy support and time scheduling.

Add my vote for Rank Tracker. Not the cheapest but if you are tracking more than one or two sites over time it is very useful. It's not perfect but I haven't found anything better so far.

Yes, the enterprise version has reports, PDF or html etc.
The only problem I find with these programs it is not always same when checking manually, its fairy accurate tho. I also use Proxies to have IPs for those countries I want to check, as geolocation also affects the results.

Market samurai used to be part of my daily ritual. Wasn't the fastest but it was a 1 time payment and it worked.

Market Samurai - I have problems with rank tracking for 6 months+ apparently its Adobe's fault due to a bug in the Air platform
Rank Tracker - Seems to get stuck on 'reading page 1' randomly (certainly upto 6 hours anyway) until all the threads are stuck in that state. Wondering if it's my proxies but they work for eveything else.
MicroSiteMasters - Setup a trial account, hated how complicated the interface was.
SEScout - What I'm currently using, nice and clean interface although I have had a problem tracking 1 keyword which SEScout says isn't in the top 500 but it is actually #2. They reckon they buy the data directly from Google and is nothing they can do about it. Also had a couple of 2-4 day blackouts where they disabled adding new keywords/urls.

I am trying out micro site masters right now. I like it a lot.
Currently using SeScout.
Hate RankTracker, hate the whole business model.
Market Samurai has been pure shit for over a year. My license has not been working for a few months now, havent even bothered to create a ticket or email support. It is dead as far as Im concerned.

Also I never see anyone comment here on Raven Tools. I tried it out recently but didnt give it a proper test because of other priorities at the time.

However, I am a little worried. What if the software calls home, and they will know all my keywords? They also have a SEO company.
