Here is my update:

I ordered few days ago 10 silver sites at 200$ (100$ review discount ..)

I just got from mat 8 keywords out of 10,
And they are:

kw1 1600 2.24 kw2 1600 1.61 kw3 1600 1.84 kw4 1500 5.58 kw5 1900 2.04 kw6 2400 3.26 kw7 2400 3.01 kw8 4400 2.78


2 .com, 3 .org and 3 .net
Yes two .com! I just love them..

The advertisers competition is almost 1 in each and every one of them, I also looked on spyfu and it's look promising..

So the average exact searches is: 2175 and the average cpc: 2.75, is 2.75 this is way above 1.5$
Ok I payed for 1500+ exact searches and cpc of 1.5+, so yes he over delivered from this point of view!

Now lets look on the competition in the first page:
I looked on the seomoz numbers and they are little high, all around 50.. but when I looked deeper I saw:
2 of the keyword not appear at all in the titles of first page results
1 of the keyword appear only once in the titles of the first page results
1 of the keyword appear 3 times in the titles of the first page resutls
1 of the keyword appear 4 times in the titles of the first page results
3 of the keyword appear 5 times in the titles of the first page results

On of the keywords has 5 entries in the first page from the last month or two, yes 5 new entries


Only time will tell, but I am honstly sure that so far mat did a great job, the same kind that you are doing for yourself..

Now he delegate the writing worte to his writers, so it might take few days to acctually get those websites and I am also waiting for 2 more keywords..

So far the comunication is very good with him, which is something that is very improtant,

I just started few months ago to enter the online marketing, so far I build 20+ websites, bought two in flippa, now bought 10 sites from mat, and I am doing one authrative website with the help of super seo guy(I outsource the seo completely - I am paying for first page),
I think that if you are trying to enter this field, don't just build all your websites, like I do, build alone, outsource, buy old sites, buy new sites, outsource writers, outsource cheap and expensive seo, just do it, and here mat is fitting so well to my overall strategy to gain wide experience..

So far I spent on this project 280$, 200$ on this service + 80 on 8 domains...
I am going to spent 20 more on domains, than I will spend something like 20$ per site for seo, and might order one more article at 4$ per site, so totally this project will cost
300 + 160 + 80 = 540$ I am hopping for 6$ a day earnings from AdSense..

To summaries it - this service earn my confident, and this is the most important thing when you delegate your work!

I will keep update you during this journey...

the keywork look with "low competition", in first page of google none of the websites has the exact phrase on domain

and today (with some links) i'm on page 4

the comunication with mat is great and he use a good template simple and clean for the websites with goods details

Quick update on my initial order -- Mat sent over the keyword yesterday. 2400 exact match searches/month @ $1.32 CPC. Keyword Blaze / seoMoz ranking factors show good vulnerability. Waiting on the articles and site and the link plan.

I am late in providing my review -- apologies Mat.

Honestly, this is a slam dunk. Mat delivered the site to me last weekend and then on Monday I got confirmation that it was completed. All told he identified a rankable microniche keyword and then delivered 2 posts and 2 pages and a configured wordpress theme. Excellent responsiveness when I sent an email and I got everything that was promised.

The microniche site does not look like some auto generated garbage. The article layout is nice, there are pictures, intelligent use of bolding, and a general layout that will lend itself to Adsense or banner marketing when I turn the ad plugin on.

The keyword has a great "ego factor" -- Google lists 29 million results for the phrase and I am on page 2 after 4 days of next to nothing work. The CPC of the keyword should lead to good EPCs and conversions fingers crossed.
