Hi there,
I've got an SEO company and one of my strategies is to buy domains and rank it for keywords with a good amount of local traffic. For two of my sites that are ranking in the top spot in google for my main keyword, I want to write a letter to several companies, inviting them to advertise on my site for an annual amount.
I've got no real sales experience and would love some tips how/where to get a letter of offer drawn up? I was thinking of having a letter to outline the offer and then offer a URL where they could get more information about it. On the webpage, I thought of perhaps having a small video about traffic volume, potential returns and other benefits as well as an opt in page.
Curious to hear some thoughts and suggestions!
Regards,
Mark

Mark,
Read a book by Dan Kennedy called "The Ultimate Sales Letter"
I recommend all his stuff. If you have ever run a legitimate business offline for more than two years you will see the wisdom in everything the guy says. He is insanely good at marketing. Every single book that guy puts out is dirt cheap and packed with high quality info. His motto is no B.S. and it is true. You will be a much better marketer/salesman if you read and really study what he teaches.
Okay I am done kissing that guy's ass now.
