    I accidentally noticed something....for example if the full url is domain.com/full-post it comes up as that page just fine, but....I accidentally cut off part of the url when pasting it so if i enter in just domain.com/full-p it just shows a copy of the hompage with 'nothing found' in the title tag

    I would check in google and see if those pages are being picked up in the index and if they aren't and your rankings aren't affected then it shouldn't be anything worth losing sleep over.

    However, if you wanted to play it safe for peace of mind, you could always hop on fiverr and get someone to fix that issue for you.

    No it won't come up as dupe content.
    it might come up as dupe meta or some such.
    Pasting it to where?
    Anyway if its a link do a redirect.
    Or if you have WMT remove the url.
    When it all turns to Crap Go Fishing
